By using DocuRaksha, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
DocuRaksha is a document vault application that helps you:
- Securely store government documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, etc.)
- Scan and organize document images
- Extract information using OCR
- Track document expiry dates
- Backup and sync encrypted data
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your master password secure and memorable
- Maintain backups of important documents
- Not use the app for illegal purposes
- Ensure your device is secure
Password & Data Recovery
IMPORTANT:
- Your master password cannot be recovered if forgotten
- We cannot decrypt your data without your password
- Losing your password means losing access to encrypted documents
- We recommend keeping a secure backup of your password
Disclaimer
Please note:
- DocuRaksha is for personal document organization
- We are not responsible for data loss due to forgotten passwords
- We are not liable for device loss or theft
- Always maintain original copies of important documents
Limitation of Liability
DocuRaksha is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from app use, including data loss or security breaches beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
